Communication Concept
Every collaboration starts with a kick-off meeting, followed by the development of the communication concept. For this step, we focus on a few core questions: Where are we and where do we want to go - or rather, where does our client want to go?

- Objective: Strengthen trust in the BabyBjörn brand and position it as a safe, ergonomic baby carrier.
- Target Group: We focus on young parents with children between 0 and 3 years of age as well as midwives and orthopedic surgeons.
- Measures include: Continued influencer collaborations, particularly with midwives, comparative tests, awards, and product placement in relevant parenting magazines.


Public Relations

- Proactive public relations: From agenda surfing to networking and pitching to the press.

We have successfully established and positioned the Belgian company SmartGames on the German market - from brand building to lovebrand! Since 2016, we have been supporting the manufacturer of logic games on the German market. SmartGames are educational games that are fun and at the same time develop cognitive skills - for players from 0 to 99.
Results after our 9-year collaboration:

- including 15-20 contributions per month in relevant parental titles

Social Media Marketing
We work with you to develop a content strategy, create a content plan and build your social media channels step by step. Since early 2025, we have been managing PAIDI’s Instagram presence with the goal of better aligning the brand with the platform and achieving sustainable growth. It quickly became clear that Reels are the key driver for reach and visibility.

We manage around 10 influencer campaigns a year for our clients: From identifying and approaching relevant family influencers to monitoring and evaluation.

Trade Fairs & Events
We can also support you at trade shows and events. Do you want your target audience to be able to see, touch and try out your products in person? We can help you plan and deliver interactive events.
We design events, coordinate appointments, create press kits for journalists or briefings for influencers. And, of course, we provide on-site support and follow-ups!
To launch the GeoSmart brand from SMART Toys and Games, we organised an exclusive event at Hamburg Observatory, in addition to a word-of-mouth campaign (on/offline) and 50 test families. The magnetic sets for children aged three and up are space-themed, so we identified the Mars Explorer as the focus product, which was placed across all media.
Challenge:
For the launch at Hamburg Observatory, we invited analogue astronaut Carmen Köhler, who conducted a space quiz for influencer families and reported on her mission to Mars. After a challenge - assembling the Mars Explorer and manoeuvring the vehicle through a planetary landscape we had pre-installed - all participants were invited to take part in a guided tour of the observatory.
Outcome:
10 influencers and members of the press on the ground, millions of impressions and more than 30 posts.


(Online-) Marketing
We plan and execute ads and advertorials for you - online and in print. Count on us to advise you.
Although our focus is on online marketing, international clients should bear in mind that Germany produces more newspapers and magazines than any other European country. With more than 1,200 popular magazines and 330 daily newspapers, it can be hard to keep track – but not for us. We negotiate and coordinate with publishers on your behalf, until your ad or advertorial is placed successfully.

In a campaign for children's furniture manufacturer PAIDI, our aim was to position the iconic Felie cot as a brand icon, using the German Design Award as a figurehead.
